Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate tax planning and structuring.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and restructurings.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and tax credit issues (a plus).
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Large law firm experience (preferred).
