Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and motions related to construction matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients regarding construction projects, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case management and client matters.
• Stay updated on changes in construction law and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Nevada law license.
• Previous experience in Nevada construction law is highly advantageous.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
