- Draft and negotiate highly-complex domestic and international licensing agreements for Xperi's product portfolios.
- Consider legal, business, and financial issues in negotiations and communicate with internal colleagues.
- Provide practical advice, lead negotiations, and close commercial deals as an effective business partner.
- Think practically and be solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize and handle multiple projects independently and efficiently.
- Articulate complex issues succinctly and assess risk effectively.
- Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.
- Act with sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a top tier accredited law school.
