Duties:

• Engage in sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice with a focus on business reorganization and financial restructuring.
• Handle both litigation and transactional aspects of complex cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and legal professionals to develop and execute effective legal strategies.
• Stay current with changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Stellar academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Should have Bar admission.

Experience:

• 3-5 or more years of experience in a sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice.
• Proven track record in handling both litigation and transactional matters.
