  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting leasing transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (.) degree from accredited institutions.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, preferably from a well-known real estate firm.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (.) degree from accredited institutions.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the New York State Bar.
