Key responsibilities for this role encompass managing all phases of litigation, from the initial case review to the final resolution. To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, have active Bar admission in Florida, and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution techniques, such as mediation and arbitration, is considered a valuable asset.
