This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on complex matters and projects while providing legal counsel and guidance to executives and managers. The ideal candidate will have a . from an ABA accredited university and 10 years of private practice and/or in-house experience.

Responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate and draft contracts and transactional documentation related to global commercial real estate services
- Identify and assess legal and risk issues
- Develop understanding of key insurance products and risk management principles
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to executives, managers and other employees on legal aspects of the Global Workplace Solutions business line
- Maintain current knowledge of the law in areas of special interest to the business
- Conduct legal training sessions and assist in the preparation of training materials
- Coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team
- Lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower-level employees
- Have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group

Requirements:
- . from ABA accredited university
- Member of applicable State Bar in good standing
- 10 years of private practice and/or in-house experience
- Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with executives, professionals, staff, and legal colleagues
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in developing strategic solutions
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities
- Experience in supervising outside counsel is helpful
