Duties:
- Engage in patent prosecution activities, including drafting and filing patent applications.
- Collaborate with inventors and legal teams to understand and assess inventions.
- Conduct legal research to support patent prosecution strategies.
- Assist in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the USPTO.
- Evaluate and respond to office actions and other communications from the USPTO.
- Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, physics, computer engineering, or mechanical engineering, with a focus on medical devices or wireless communications/networking.
- Collaborate with senior patent professionals in the development and execution of patent strategies.
Requirements:
