A law firm in Dallas is seeking a skilled Senior IP Litigation Associate Attorney with 14 years of experience. The successful candidate will be able to work on patent litigation matters for top clients, including district court actions, inter-part reviews, and licensing negotiations. Duties: • Handle patent litigation matters, including district court actions and inter partes reviews. • Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Assist in all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. • Communicate with clients and opposing counsel. • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Requirements: • 14 years of experience litigating intellectual property disputes, such as district court patent or PTAB proceedings. • Admitted to practice law in State Bar. • Strong academic credentials. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education: • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school. • A Bachelor's degree in a computer science- or technology-related field is preferred. Certifications: Admission to the State Bar.
