  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Work on various aspects of deal structuring, financing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in client meetings and communications, ensuring effective and clear client relations.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of relevant experience in corporate transactional work.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Eligibility or current licensure to practice law in California (CA Bar membership).
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills, with a proven track record in M&A transactions.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities, as well as strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and legal research skills.
