The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in summarizing legal documents, participating in negotiations, drafting contracts, and supporting various legal functions under attorney supervision.

 

Duties:

  • Summarize legal documents and negotiation points for partner review.
  • Actively participate in negotiations with clients and dealers.
  • Review and draft contracts under the supervision of experienced attorneys.

Requirements:
