Title: Project Attorney for Adult Survivors Act Unit at Office of the New York State Attorney General H1: Join Our Team as a Project Attorney for the Adult Survivors Act Unit H2: 24-Month Term Position with Multiple Locations Available Organization: Office of the New York State Attorney General Department: Division of State Counsel Reference No.: ASA_PA_3672 Job Type: Full-time, 24-month term with possibility of extension Application Deadline: May 31, 2024 Locations: Albany, Buffalo, New York City, Poughkeepsie, Rochester, and Westchester Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience The Office of the New York State Attorney General is seeking skilled Project Attorneys to join its Adult Survivors Act (ASA) Unit. This team of attorneys will be responsible for defending claims made against the State of New York in the Court of Claims. The selected attorneys will work collaboratively as a statewide team, while also handling cases in a specific region. This is a 24-month term position with the possibility of extending for an additional 12 months.
