The ideal candidate should be a member in good standing of the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar, with expertise in consumer credit collections and familiarity with relevant state laws.

Job Details:

• Utilize the firm's case management and reporting software effectively to handle assigned matters.
• Attend court appearances and fulfill associated travel requirements as necessary.
• Possess a solid working knowledge of consumer credit collections, state laws, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Preference for candidates with multi-state licensure.

Duties:

• Manage assigned legal matters using the firm's case management and reporting software.
• Attend court appearances and handle necessary travel arrangements.
• Apply expertise in consumer credit collections and relevant state laws to effectively represent clients.
• Ensure compliance with the FDCPA and other pertinent regulations.

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar.
