The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of family law litigation, including client communication, drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, and mediation. Should preferably have experience in family law as well as litigation. Must be self-motivated, organized and possess strong interpersonal and writing skills.
