Trial Attorney - South Florida:

- Responsible for representing clients in all assigned cases with competence, ethics, and diligence.
- Cases may involve all areas of tort practice and require handling matters of moderate to great complexity and/or exposure.
- May also assist other attorneys in their assigned cases.
- Consults with Claims Departments on insurance policy questions and legal aspects of personal injury claims.
- Maintains and updates computerized litigation support systems for assigned caseloads.
- Requires a high school diploma, bachelor's degree, law school degree, and good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of three years as an Attorney with civil jury trial experience or equivalent ADR experience.
- Must be able to handle cases with moderate to great exposure and/or complexity with minimal supervision.
- Special skills include public speaking, handling high case loads, and driving.

Salary Information:
