As an Associate Attorney, you will be a vital member of the Consumer Financial Services, Data, and Technology Practice Group. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive legal research, crafting persuasive written arguments, and utilizing your analytical prowess to address complex legal issues. Federal and state court experience is a requirement for this role, and financial institutions' litigation experience is highly preferred. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our collaborative legal team and provide valuable insights to the clients.

To excel in this role, candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be members of the New York and New Jersey State Bars.
