A law firm in Fort Worth, TX, is actively seeking a Mid-level Trust and Estate/Probate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation of experience, holding Bar admission, to contribute to the firm's success. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and take on responsibilities in trust and estate planning and probate matters.

Duties

• Manage and oversee trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Handle probate and estate administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary.
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the state of Texas.
• Mid-level experience in trust and estate planning and probate matters.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations.

Certifications

• Texas State Bar Admission.
