The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, State Bar admission or eligibility, and a strong background in an Am Law 100 law firm.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex corporate issues.
• Assist in due diligence processes for transactions.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates in the firm on various legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
