Job Title: Assistant General Counsel - Commercial Law

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and solutions to support business teams in meeting strategic and commercial goals
- Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements and other documents
- Assist with planning and development of new product initiatives
- Provide legal support relating to industry standards for various applications
- Work closely with other legal teams and organizations on operational, compliance, and risk-related matters
- Address safety issues related to technology applications

Qualifications:

- At least 8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Excellent knowledge of commercial law across geographies
- Strong executive presence
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships
- Strategic perspective and high degree of ethics and integrity
- In-house legal experience
- Top law firm and corporate experience in the semiconductor or adjacent industry

Education and Geographic Requirements:

- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Current member of the bar in good standing
- Located within a reasonable distance from a Micron office, or willing to relocate

Salary Information:

- US base salary range of $151, - $337,
- Determined by role, level, and location
- Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses, and equity
