Duties:

  • Conduct and manage written and document discovery for complex business litigation cases.
  • Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings for state and federal courts.
  • Conduct and defend depositions of witnesses.
  • Prepare witnesses for testimony and assist in trial preparation.
  • Appear for status conferences and argue motions in both state and federal court.
  • Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations.
  • Maintain direct interaction with partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance case strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business litigation.
  • Substantial experience with complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
  • Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing.

 

Skills:

  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience with complex business litigation matters.
