A law firm in Orlando is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with substantial experience in complex business litigation matters. The ideal candidate will excel in legal writing and oral advocacy, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate an exceptional work ethic.

Duties:

• Conduct and manage written and document discovery for complex business litigation cases.
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings for state and federal courts.
• Conduct and defend depositions of witnesses.
• Prepare witnesses for testimony and assist in trial preparation.
• Appear for status conferences and argue motions in both state and federal court.
• Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations.
• Maintain direct interaction with partners and clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance case strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in business litigation.
• Substantial experience with complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing.
