Duties:

• Litigation Representation:

  • Handle sophisticated litigation cases, specializing in either international arbitration or commercial litigation.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution forums.

• Legal Advisory:

  • Provide expert legal advice on complex litigation matters.
  • Analyze legal issues, develop case strategies, and offer proactive solutions.

• Case Management:

  • Manage and oversee the entire litigation process, including discovery, motions, and trials.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures, deadlines, and client expectations.

• International Arbitration:

  • If specializing in international arbitration, handle disputes involving cross-border transactions and complex international legal issues.
  • Work with a global perspective, considering diverse legal systems and jurisdictions.

• Client Interaction:

  • Interact with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Substantial experience in sophisticated litigation, with a focus on international arbitration or commercial litigation.

• Bar Admission:

  • Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership.
