A law firm in New York City is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in technology and intellectual property (IP) transactions. The candidate will work closely with Partners and Associates on projects related to technology, life sciences, digital innovation, and commercial arrangements across diverse industries. Responsibilities include drafting agreements, providing client advice, direct client interaction, and mentoring junior lawyers on the team.

Duties:

• Collaborate with Partners and Associates on technology, life sciences, and digital innovation projects.
• Draft agreements and provide legal advice to clients.
• Interact directly with clients and members of the Firm.
• Mentor junior lawyers on the team.
• Provide support on technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of experience in technology and IP transactional matters.
• Background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions.
