Position Summary:
- Seeking a Legal Business Associate - Senior in Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team
- Responsible for providing technology solutions to legal departments and helping them maximize strategic value to the organization
- Opportunity to join a growing team and position Deloitte as a leader in legal technology
- Will work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leverage automation and innovative solutions, and provide training and support to clients
- Must be able to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model and travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Interact with client project team members and Deloitte project leadership
- Delivery: Optimize tax and legal processes using technology and align software with client requirements and goals
- Solutions: Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions for tax and legal departments
- Support: Provide training and software support for day-to-day activities and changes
- Project Management: Assist with project management tasks such as creating workplans and writing status reports
- Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate broader practice and maintain relationships with clients
- People Development: Participate in team member development
- Business Development: Contribute to pursuit teams

Team:
- Part of Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) practice
- Specializes in tax and helps clients make appropriate technology choices for direct and indirect taxes
- Multi-disciplinary approach combining tax and technology skillsets
- Offers operating model evaluation, roadmap development, data management solutions, automation opportunities, and more

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with one or more of the following: contract lifecycle management software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, or Salesforce configuration
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement, SAS Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification, Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit Product Suite, Conga CLM, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Mitratech Team Connect, or TAP

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with template rationalization, guide/playbook creation, and contracting processes

Salary Information:
- Wage range is $80,920 to $184,210
- May also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program
