The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting, preferably with a focus on labor and employment law. Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation matters.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and other legal documents.
Participate in trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, depositions, and motions.
Analyze legal issues and provide thoughtful and practical solutions.
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:

3 – 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
Preference for labor and employment experience, however general civil litigation experience is welcome.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum.

Salary: $115, – $190, per year
