**Position Summary:**

Law Firm is seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to join their team in Minot, North Dakota. The successful candidate will represent clients in criminal defense cases, and will require some travel. **Job Responsibilities:**

- Represent clients in criminal defense cases
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Prepare and present cases in court
- Conduct legal research
- Travel to court appearances

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in North Dakota or willing to gain admission
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
