The ideal candidate must have a broad knowledge of real estate finance with experience in commercial real estate lending, including reviewing and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, asset management, and implementing workout strategies regarding distressed assets. Must have expertise in drafting, negotiating, managing, and successfully closing real estate deals. Should have admission to the State Bar in Ohio.
