The role involves analyzing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, resolutions, and documents, as well as conducting research and providing memoranda to clients as needed. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and expertise in public finance transactions.
• Analyze tax issues related to Section 103 of the Internal Revenue Code.
• Draft and negotiate various agreements, resolutions, and legal documents.
• Conduct research and prepare memoranda for clients as required.
• Ensure compliance with New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, County and Municipal Utility Authorities Law, and County Improvement Authorities Law.

Requirements:
