The Workers' Compensation Attorney will represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions, counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters, prepare exposure analysis, conduct settlement negotiations, and consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in New York
• Experience in workers' compensation law
• Strong litigation skills with expertise in virtual hearings and telephonic depositions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations about workers' compensation
