The role involves representing a variety of technology companies in patent prosecution matters, offering immediate client contact and the opportunity to work closely with associates and partners.

Duties:

• Represent technology companies in patent prosecution matters.
• Work one-on-one with associates and partners.
• Gain experience in patent strategy, drafting, prosecution, and diligence matters.
• Provide immediate client contact and support.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (. or .) in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to pass the USPTO registration exam within one year of being hired.

Education:

Master's degree (. or .) in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.

Certifications:

USPTO registration preferred, or ability to pass the exam within one year of being hired.

Skills:
