A law firm in Allentown is seeking a Wills, Trusts, and Estate Associate Attorney to oversee estate administration, draft estate planning documents, and communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor (.) degree, proven experience in legal research, strong knowledge of trust law and estate planning principles, and excellent people skills.

 

Job Details:

  • Oversee and manage the administration of estates on behalf of the decedent, executor, and beneficiaries.
  • Draft estate planning documents, including trust agreements, amendments, distribution plans, wills, POA, and healthcare directives.
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other parties involved in the administration process.
  • Utilize Westlaw for legal research purposes.
  • Write detailed reports on the financial status and performance of each plan, estate, or trust.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Proven experience in legal research; familiarity with Westlaw.
  • Strong knowledge of trust law and estate planning principles.
  • Excellent people skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
