Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice for a wide range of marketing matters on a daily basis
- Advise on legal implications of new products, services, and experiences for SMB and Enterprise teams in the .
- Collaborate with compliance groups and other legal teams to ensure comprehensive advice is provided
- Review and substantiate marketing claims
- Participate in drafting and negotiating marketing-related agreements
- Develop trainings and update legal guardrails to stay up-to-date on evolving laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- with experience in fast-paced global environments
- Familiarity with FTC and CFPB rules and regulations
- Experience with digital, social, and traditional marketing channels
- Knowledge of global privacy regulations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
