The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of legal functions related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements on both domestic and international levels.

The Senior-level Global Franchise And Supply Network Attorney will be crucial in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, providing counseling and dispute resolution, and offering regulatory advice for domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. The candidate should have a solid background in international licensing or franchising, and exceptional academic achievement, coupled with extensive law firm experience. Duties:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide expert counsel on legal matters about domestic and international franchise operations.
• Handle dispute resolution processes and contribute to effective conflict resolution strategies.
• Offer regulatory advice to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to stay informed about changes and developments in franchise and supply network law.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements within the legal field.
• Proven expertise in counseling and dispute resolution related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is highly desirable.
• High level of academic achievement, preferably with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Prior experience in a law firm environment is essential.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
