Duties:

  • Assist the senior attorney in reviewing guardianship petitions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to guardianship matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
  • Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and affidavits.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding guardianship issues.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar membership in the state of Florida.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Prior experience in guardianship law is preferred.
