Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and structuring, and commercial contracts.
• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct due diligence on corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate law.
• Admitted to practice law in New York or eligible for reciprocity.
