H2: Job Responsibilities

- Evaluate and maintain vendor partnerships, ensuring compliance with Selective's guidelines
- Research and identify new vendor options
- Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal firms
- Collaborate with Claims department on training and guidelines
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage in other duties as directed by leadership

H2: Job Qualifications

- 10+ years of active litigation experience, including first-chair trial to verdict
- Private practice experience preferred
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance for all P&C lines of business
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to demonstrate independent judgment, research, and analytical skills
- In-house Property & Casualty experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of state laws and court procedures

H2: Salary Information

The expected starting salary for this role is $119,000-$188,000, based on geographic location and other factors such as education and experience.
