# Commercial Litigation Attorney
Law Firm is looking for a commercial litigation attorney with 2-8 years of experience. This position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $210,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as annual discretionary bonus, annual business development stipend and bonus, 3% annual 401k contribution, company-paid medical dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for employee only, company-paid parking, and company-paid bar admission and other professional licensing fees.

## Job Description
The Commercial Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing the firm’s clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice on complex litigation matters, managing the litigation process from case inception to resolution, and providing counsel to clients on legal issues. The attorney will also be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents; conducting discovery; taking and defending depositions; and appearing in court on behalf of clients.

## Qualifications
* Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
* 2-8 years of experience in commercial litigation
* Admitted to the bar in the state of Colorado
* Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize tasks
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
