Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in insurance defense law.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a legal team.
• Willingness to exceed client expectations and meet unique needs.
• Prior insurance defense experience is preferred.
• Law and motion experience is a plus.
• Motivated, self-starters only.
• Currently licensed to practice law in Florida; additional licensure in other states is advantageous.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
