The candidate should possess expertise in consumer credit collections and have a solid understanding of relevant state laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The role requires active utilization of the firm's case management and reporting software, as well as occasional court appearances and travel.

Job Details:

• Utilize the firm's case management and reporting software effectively to manage assigned legal matters.
• Attend court appearances as required and handle associated travel arrangements.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of consumer credit collections and relevant state laws, including the FDCPA.
• Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred for this position.

Duties:

• Manage assigned legal matters using the firm's case management and reporting software.
• Attend court appearances and fulfill travel requirements as necessary.
• Apply expertise in consumer credit collections and relevant state laws to effectively represent clients.
• Ensure compliance with the FDCPA and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit collections and relevant state laws.
• Ability to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar.
