Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one state or a territory of the USA.
- 6 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years as a practicing attorney.
- Ability to effectively communicate legal advice to business partners.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to support business objectives and mitigate risk.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal partners to mitigate risk.
- Work with outside counsel or contract professionals.
- Assist more senior attorneys on complex matters.
- Ensure risks are identified and controlled in accordance with policies and procedures.

Location: This position can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL.

Salary Range: $120,550 - $230,400
