This role requires a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on a broad range of corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
