Job Overview:

The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will manage various aspects of client intake, case development, legal analysis, negotiation, initial litigation, and resolution for assigned matters. The ideal candidate must possess a JD degree and be licensed in Texas with 0-3 years of Personal Injury experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is considered advantageous.

Duties:

  • Sign up new clients efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop assigned matters, ensuring comprehensive understanding and documentation.
  • Analyze legal issues unique to each case, conducting thorough research and assessment.
  • Review demands and negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Initiate litigation when necessary, adhering to legal protocols and procedures.
  • Facilitate the resolution of legal matters, advocating for clients' best interests.
  • Manage disbursement of client funds by legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with relevant Bar Associations.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Personal Injury law, preferably with exposure to litigation.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas.

Skills:
