As a Manager, you will work with a team of problem solvers to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Key responsibilities for this management level include:
- Demonstrating understanding of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, Schedules A,B,C,D, E and year end planning
- Using a network of internal stakeholders and external resources to meet the needs of a client-base of partners and principals within a global network of professional services firms
- Managing and performing individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives, preferably for a global network of professional services firms
- Utilizing firm-issued technologies, such as Microsoft Office, Google at Work, and tax preparation software
- Leading and collaborating with team members virtually
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships at the executive level
- Managing a team and creating an atmosphere of trust
- Coaching staff and providing timely feedback
- Managing project workflow and budgets
- Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials
- Researching complex individual tax issues
- Demonstrating success as a tax technical business advisor
- Keeping up-to-date with automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification

Preferred qualifications include:
- A Master's degree
- Experience managing and supporting a team virtually
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Experience with large, complex data sets and data visualization tools
