  • Warm, calm, and professional phone and email communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an engaging personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, law firm billing, and case management software.

Education and Certifications:

  • Law Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Current membership and good standing with the California Bar.
