We are seeking a Commercial Litigation/Professional Liability Associate for our Wilmington, DE office that will work on a variety of commercial litigation and professional liability matters, including:

Qualification and Experience Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience Must be licensed to practice in Delaware Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills
