Duties:

  • Offer strategic guidance and counseling to clients in various employment matters.
  • Manage a litigation caseload, including drafting responsive pleadings, position statements, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and clients to deliver efficient and effective legal solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience focused on labor and employment defense.
  • A strong background in employment litigation, counseling, and case management.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
