In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a worldwide real estate portfolio, including commercial and industrial leasing, real property acquisitions and dispositions. You will be responsible for planning and executing real estate projects, negotiating contracts, and supporting business requirements. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in detailed contract negotiation and documentation, as well as experience in real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis.

As a Staff Real Estate Specialist, you will work with a variety of teams including in-house and outside legal counsel, facilities, business management, and external brokers. We are seeking a strong people leader with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide portfolio
- Negotiate and document contracts, including leases, appraisals, and title insurance issues
- Conduct real estate market studies and financial analysis
- Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance our corporate real estate function

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law, or related discipline with at least 15 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation OR Master's degree in related field with at least 13 years of experience
- Experience with real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with various teams
- Knowledge of IBM Tririga real estate database is a plus

Salary Range: $123, - $185,
