In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a worldwide real estate portfolio, including commercial and industrial leasing, real property acquisitions and dispositions. You will be responsible for planning and executing real estate projects, negotiating contracts, and supporting business requirements. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in detailed contract negotiation and documentation, as well as experience in real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis. As a Staff Real Estate Specialist, you will work with a variety of teams including in-house and outside legal counsel, facilities, business management, and external brokers. We are seeking a strong people leader with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
