Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent agent with 2-5 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate will have significant patent drafting and patent prosecution responsibilities. Will have opportunities related to patentability analysis and freedom to operate studies, Inter Partes Review proceedings/reexaminations, trademark prosecution, and other areas of IP law. Should have a background in electrical engineering or computer-related technologies. A USPTO registration number is essential. Should preferably have a technical degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. Other degrees with practical experience in electrical engineering or computer-related technologies will be considered. Should have experience at a law firm with an active patent prosecution practice. Must have experience preparing and successfully prosecuting . and international patent applications.
