• Handle defense litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Manage case files and documentation effectively.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in Florida is required.
• Additional Bar admissions are a plus.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• 2+ years of defense litigation experience.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.
