Executive Director - Business Support Services H1: Join KPMG as an Executive Director in our Office of General Counsel, providing legal support for litigation and regulatory matters on the Practice Protection Team. H2: Responsibilities include providing counsel on civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and third-party subpoenas, defending the firm in legal proceedings, and collaborating with outside counsel and other members of the OGC. This role will provide legal support for the Litigation group, specifically on the Practice Protection Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department, with a strong background in defending complex civil litigations and regulatory investigations. Experience serving within the Division of Enforcement of the SEC or PCAOB is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong client-service orientation and a commitment to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion.
