Position Summary:

- The Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax is responsible for transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities:

- Understand Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations.
- Establish strong business relationships and coach and develop the Tax Transformation team.
- Manage multiple projects and work with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and address key issues and risks, and track progress.
- Collaborate with Tax professionals to improve client service delivery.
- Analyze business processes and apply agile and design thinking techniques to drive improvements.
- Decompose business requirements and collaborate throughout the technology development lifecycle.
- Oversee user testing, learning strategy and materials, and business readiness.
- Analyze user feedback and lead deployment and decommissioning of legacy systems.
- Integrate program and project resources.

The Team:

- The Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax consists of professionals with diverse backgrounds, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and IT professionals.
- The team consults and executes a wide range of projects, with a focus on process design, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work within a hybrid work model that requires in-person collaboration 2-3 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project work.
- Active accreditation in one of the following: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or technology certifications.
- Ability to obtain certifications such as SAFe, Microsoft, Scrum, or ITIL.

Preferred:

- Experience with large-scale transformations.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of data analysis and management.
- Experience in end-to-end technology project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within a professional service environment.

Salary Information:

- The wage range for this role is $125,510 to $285,749, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
- Compensation decisions are dependent on individual circumstances, and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
