Position Summary:

- The team consults and executes a wide range of projects, with a focus on process design, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work within a hybrid work model that requires in-person collaboration 2-3 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project work.
- Active accreditation in one of the following: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or technology certifications.
- Ability to obtain certifications such as SAFe, Microsoft, Scrum, or ITIL.

Preferred:

- Experience with large-scale transformations.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary Information:

- The wage range for this role is $125,510 to $285,749, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
- Compensation decisions are dependent on individual circumstances, and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
